National Training Conference on
Nation's Newest Multi-Family Subsidized Loan Program

Bonneville MultiFamily will host a first-of-kind national training conference on affordable housing development February 10-12, 2005, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 2005 "USDA 538 / Snow Show" will educate developers, LIHTC syndicators, and others associated with affordable housing development on the U.S. Department of Agriculture's 538 Guaranteed Loan and Interest Subsidy (Multi-Family) Program. USDA 358 Multi-Family administrators as well as the nation's leading developers, investors, and lenders will instruct on topics that include the benefits of the USDA 538 program, the legal details of securing a USDA 538 loan, how to make a USDA 538 deal, and the USDA 538 post closing construction process.
